Marsha Michael
Founder & Creative Director
Marsha Michael’s career has been nothing short of impressive. At the tender age of 18, she embarked on a remarkable journey by joining the United States Army as a Human Resources specialist. Her innate leadership qualities and meticulous attention to detail quickly became evident as she assumed the role of Non Commission Officer In Charge (NCOIC) of her section. In this capacity, Marsha was responsible for orchestrating awards and promotion ceremonies, Family Day events, and all unit functions for over 1000 Soldiers. Her military experience instilled a strong sense of discipline and organization that would later become the bedrock of her event planning career.
